  • Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of business unit
  • Monitor, review project activities and ensure completion within schedule time
  • Reviews, adds to Key Account Manager proposed online marketing strategies
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with principal and platform counterparts
  • Manage unit overhead cost by maximizing the potential of members
  • Initial approval of members schedules
  • Explore, analyze market trends to help account online performance
  • Communicate with co-managers for applicable strategies and best practices
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop, implement plans to further brands online
  • Create harmonious working environment
  • Train, mentor staff, motivate members to perform efficiently.
  • Work on requirements provided by directors
  • Align strategies and plans with the company's long and short-term goals, and cascade them to the team
  • Guide the team towards hitting brand and company sales target and goals
  • Implement a returns management process

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or Business Management or any related field
  • Two to five years work-related experience in financial, business management fields or E-Commerce industry
  • Fostering cooperation among individuals and departments in the areas of sharing resources and information and working together to accomplish group goals.
  • Exhibiting effective listening skills and superb communication skills
  • Understanding and meeting the needs of all customers as well addressing the concerns of organization stakeholders
