What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for all HR and people-related matters: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent: Collaborate with leaders to develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: Oversee the recruitment process from requisition approval to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and source qualified candidates.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives: Drive initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Implement programs to promote diversity, address bias, and ensure equitable access to opportunities for all employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner. Conduct investigations, mediate disputes, and recommend appropriate resolutions to promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management processes: Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, regular reviews, and year-end evaluations. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures when necessary.
  • Manage timekeeping systems and ensure accurate records: Oversee timekeeping processes to ensure accurate tracking of employee time and attendance. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations regarding overtime, breaks, and time-off accruals.
  • Ensure payroll are processed accurately and in compliance with Philippine regulations, including salary payments, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs: Manage compensation and benefits administration processes, including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and benefit plan design. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards while striving to maintain competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end visa application process for international employees, including 9(g) visa and work permits, in compliance with Philippine laws.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and empower them to achieve their full potential.

What You Need:

  • A passion for people and a knack for building strong relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or people operations roles.
  • Proven experience leading a team, motivating them to achieve goals with less supervision.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.
  • A positive attitude and a goal-getter
