About the role

As the Senior P&C Administrator, you are an integral part of the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the People & Culture Shared Services team, including but not limited to performance management, workload distribution, escalation and reporting across the business.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you have a solid foundation in People & Culture and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. You are professionally responsive and resilient. You are highly organised, a great communicator, have brilliant attention to detail and are capable of adapting to the changing requirements of Planit.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day People & Culture Shared Services operational needs, such as workload distribution, handling issues and escalations.Become the process-expert able to support the team on any process or "how to" questionsManage operational issues during shifts and effectively communicate with Stakeholders.Lead and manage a support team of People & Culture Administrators.Serve as a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of P&C processes.Ensures timely and accurate delivery of the following processes by the Shared Services team: Onboarding/OffboardingLeave ManagementData ManagementRemuneration & BenefitsGlobal MobilityTrainingDevelop, monitor and assess KPIs and SLAs for the P&C Shared Services team, to focus a high-performance cultureGenerate reports from HRIS and manipulate files to meet stakeholder requirements.Review processes and procedures to standardise, automate and consolidate, improving the efficiency of the P&C Shared Services.Leads and manages special P&C projects as assigned.

Experience Required2-3 years relevant experience in a service desk type of roleExcellent stakeholder engagement abilities and verbal/written communication skillsCoaching and Mentoring skillsStrong project management and planning skillsProblem solving and decision makingAbility to review and interpret dataAbility to translate policy and process into simple language
