Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager/Director/Business Development Manager – Education and Migration (Philippines)

Location: Philippines (with possible regional travel)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Client Management:

  • Actively source new business opportunities within the education and migration sector, focusing on institutional clients in the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, migration agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop strategies to expand client base and increase market share.

Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine market, aiming to promote the company's education and migration services.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with global strategies.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on market insights, business development activities, and sales outcomes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate a local marketing and business development team.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and client service.

Event Management and Networking:

  • Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Leverage networking opportunities to enhance business prospects and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experiencein marketing and business development, preferably in the education and migration sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino languages.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in the education and migration industry in the Philippines.

Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the education and migration sector.

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
