Business Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be in charge of overseeing the growth and effectiveness of sales operations within the designated region. Manages and guides a sales team, fostering their development and steering them towards maximizing profitability and expansion in alignment with the company's goals. Formulates sales plans and tactics aimed at broadening the customer reach within the specified area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for formulating and executing the comprehensive sales strategy across designated territories and routes.
- Drive sales of company products within the region through proficient management of a sales team, striving to surpass annual sales objectives.
- Regularly conduct market visits to assess route coverage, monitor competitors' activities, and proactively identify new avenues for sales growth.
- Furnish distributors and customers within the region with updates on new or enhanced products and services to enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and sustain an effective distribution network to ensure widespread availability of company offerings throughout the region, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Establish and ensure adherence to sales administration protocols pertinent to the region, facilitating sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to uphold sufficient inventory levels for the region, ensuring timely delivery schedules and top-notch service for distributors and customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to guarantee adequate marketing support, including merchandising and promotional initiatives, fostering brand visibility and driving sales within the region.
- Develop and maintain an efficient Regional Sales Management structure, ensuring appropriate staffing and training to meet job requirements. Provide leadership to motivate and engage staff, fostering their effective contribution to organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any business course preferably in Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in sales.
- Extensive experience with the assigned locations (NCR).
- Good understanding of business issues, market opportunities, and competitor's activities.
- Able to execute and implement business strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and people skills.
- Aggressive, goal oriented, hardworking, team player and with strong analytical skills.
