JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist the office director in arranging and coordinating daily work affairs.
  • Responsible for arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing relevant documents and materials.
  • Manage office documents, records, and archives to ensure the organization and archiving of information.
  • Assist in handling inquiries and requests from employees and external parties, providing necessary support and solutions.
  • Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments to promote information flow and work efficiency.
  • Track office budgets and expenses, assist in preparing budgets and financial reports. Procurement of office supplies, and warehouse management.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and activities, promote team building and employee development.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks related to office management and operations.
