Human Resources_PH Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting Analyst, you will demonstrate skill in each phase of the data analytics project life-cycle, including analytics solution design, data extraction from available sources and transformation.

  • Analyze business/ operational processes to understand and define potential data needs and follow through with design and delivery of reporting products where possible
  • Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions based on the requirements and specifications of stakeholders through expertise in Excel, SharePoint and Web Intelligence
  • Create and generate recruiting and sourcing reports through the use of various tools
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of delivery metrics that represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and validate data by reviewing output
  • Prepare periodic reports for use by various stakeholders
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights that will improve processes and optimize results
  • Present data and insights in a clear, concise and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders through the use of various data visualization techniques
  • Oversee scheduling and maintenance of reports and distribution list
  • Maintain SharePoint databases and perform updates as necessary
Expense Monitoring and Ledger Management
  • Administer and facilitate all payments related with recruitment and sourcing department
  • Coordinate with internal and external points of contacts regarding the payment of products and services rendered
  • Management and monitoring of department expense as it relates to the approved budgets
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Reporting and Data Analytics role is necessary; background in HR reporting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of reporting tools i.e. Business Objects, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, etc., a requirement
  • Data analysis and visualization tools, i.e. Tableau, will be a clear advantage
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint and Intermediate proficiency in Excel required
  • Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient and sustainable reporting solutions
  • Ability to prepare executive level presentations and documents leveraging MS PowerPoint- Proven ability to translate analysis into business recommendations with strong attention to detail
  • Professional maturity with the ability to work/deliver with limited supervision
  • Quick learner, readily able to understand HR requirements, framework, standards and practices
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions and a team-oriented attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Has high sense of urgency and is able to work with the highest sense of integrity
  • Amenable to following a day to early mid shift schedule
  • Amenable to working in Manila or Cebu office
