What you'll do:

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that align with our company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential partners.
  • Lead the partnership development process, from initial contact to negotiation and finalization.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, ensuring clear communication and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement partnership programs that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
  • Oversee the due diligence process for potential partners, including financial analysis and legal review.
  • Create and manage partnership contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Track and measure the performance of partnerships and report on key metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business development and partnership management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure successful partnership implementation.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and deal negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
