Job Description

As a Business Development Director, you are responsible for identifying, creating, and executing strategies to foster the growth of the business. Your primary focus is on developing new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

Here's an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday - Semi Flexi shift ; 8 AM - 5 PM PH Time
Work Setup: Onsite (Ortigas, Makati, Eastwood)

What do you need to succeed?

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the Philippine education sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications may be preferred.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Utilize insights to tailor business strategies accordingly.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to skilled migration pathways and student visas in the Philippines. Explore new markets, industries, and distribution channels to establish a foothold in the market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and industry influencers. Nurture these relationships to support business objectives and foster collaboration.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives and revenue-generating activities. Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • School and Institutional Partnerships: Develop and nurture partnerships with schools and institutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
