Associate Director (Sourcing Team)

As a pioneer and founding member of our team, the primary focus is to provide dedicated support to the Global Talent Sourcing Centre (GTSC) and relevant stakeholders. This entails ensuring seamless two-way communication and information flow between frontline sector consultants and our team. Responsibilities include overseeing database management, maintaining sourcing pipelines, and managing all business delivery functions.

Key tasks involve conducting client needs analyses, devising effective recruitment strategies, and providing insights into talent mobility trends. Additionally, this role involves coaching internal staff to enhance their recruitment skills.

Furthermore, significant involvement is expected in designing and optimizing the sourcing process to future-proof companies in a constantly evolving global services context. The goal is to transform international recruitment practices from standard to outstanding by leveraging a deep understanding of the talent landscape and implementing a solid infrastructure to build robust sourcing channels, thereby maximizing our recruitment capacity and capabilities.

As anAssociate Director you will be primarily responsible for prospecting both people management and business operation management, via strategic recruiting sourcing and business development activities. As we must be able to identify and network with prospective potential candidates and develop recruiting strategies for specific open client positions.

In the meantime, partially as frontline business development role to stay closer to our potential clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading the team and guiding researchers primarily focus on candidates sourcing to achieve the yearly team objectives.

· Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.

· Overseeing daily operations within the team.

· Lead by example to Recruitment Researcher in terms of day-to-day recruitment sourcing, which remains the key part of the role.

· Recruit, Pre-interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals on a permanent basis.

· Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates

· Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates

· Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates

· Conduct thorough online face to face pre-screening interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements

· Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

· Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above.

· 5+ years of working experience in headhunting firm.

· Share Service Centre working experience is a plus.

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Aggressive, passionate, strong people management skills.

· Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
