Qualifications:
> At least 6 months to 1 year of Front-Desk or Customer Facing experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare industry
> College level
> Can work onsite and start immediately
> Conversant in English

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • To enforce and maintain outstanding customer service
  • To provide proper coordination between the patients and doctors
  • To generate or accommodate more patients for the clinic
  • Promote our clinics, doctors, and services
  • Administratively supports the clinic's needs
JOB OBJECTIVES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To enforce and maintain outstanding customer service
a. Welcomes and entertains patients in the reception area by ensuring that the reception is clean and neat at
all times. She is also responsible for attending to the patient's needs while they wait in the reception area.
b. Develop rapport with the patients and build a strong relationship with them.

  • To provide proper coordination between the patients and doctors
a. Schedules and confirms appointments,
b. Reminds patients of their next treatment schedule,
c. Recalls patients regularly to sustain active and long-lasting customer relationships
d. Liaises with the Customer Relations Manager to resolve customer complaints, concerns, and VIP Handling.

  • To generate or accommodate more patients and potential high-value cases for the clinic
a. To be able to invite customers to be our patients (to be able to convert inquiries to bookings)

  • Promote our clinics, doctors, and services
a. To be able to actively promote our clinics, doctors, and services by recommending available treatment
schedules, being aware of the strengths of their doctors, etc
b. To be aware of ongoing marketing promotions and corporate partners.

  • Administratively supports the clinic's needs
a. Reports
i. Prepares accurate reports regularly as directed for submission to the Management
b. Cash Management
i. Process billings and documents of patients.
ii. Acts as Petty Cash and Change Fund Custodian
iii. Ensure that cash sales are deposited as per the policy
c. Security & Privacy
i. Informs the management of any irregularity encountered or observed in the clinic
ii. Safeguards patient's privacy and confidentiality
iii. Protects the confidentiality of information learned about the company
