Organizational Development Manager - USA Remote Position Work From Anywhere

We are seeking an Organizational Development Manager to work collaboratively in assisting our best-in-class sales team and e-commerce store. This job involves expertise in developing training curriculum and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, employee development, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to create training materials, excellent prioritization skills; capable of multitasking without stress and team-oriented, always ready to support colleagues.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in organizational development, training, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories, models, and best practices.
  • Excellent proficiency in English must be able to speak and write fluent English.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in organizational development or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance their development and performance.

US Based Hours Requirement:

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. However, due to the urgent and fast-paced nature of processing orders, we require that the working hours strictly align with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This schedule ensures you can effectively communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team and respond promptly to the dynamic requirements of our operations. Adhering to these hours is crucial for maintaining the workflow and supporting our commitment to excellent service delivery.
