  • Responsible in the regular review and update of all table of organization, review and tracking of employee movements on the recasting the functional tables of organization (T.O.).,
  • validating and/or redefining work competency levels required and performance measures, and establishing new staffing pattern or plantilla according to identified manning standards.
  • provides internal consultancy to the stakeholders in the manpower review, review of functions, revision and update of functions.
  • Act as Project Lead in the of manpower audit and rationalization and other OD activities in the areas of organization review and structure development.
  • Participates in the department's objective-setting, planning and annual performance review
  • Contributes to the formulation and implementation of specific policies and programs directly
    related to Organization Development and other developmental needs of employees.

Academic/Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is required

Relevant Experience:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in Organization Development or Human Resources Field, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity

Skills/Competencies and Personal Attributes:

  • Above average communication and customer service skills; able to
    relate well with people of different backgrounds.
