About the role

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. The role involves tasks like job analysis, performance management, job description creation, workforce planning, organizational review, design, succession planning, project management, and human resources in order to align systems, processes, and structures to achieve the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

The role will be responsible to:

  • Implement OD Initiatives to Improve overall productivity and efficiency of Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation.
  • Ensure that the company has the right people in the right positions at the right times to carry out its mission and meet its strategic objectives.
  • Support and initiate OD-related projects that will help the organization achieve its mission and vision and align with its core values.
  • Responsible for reviewing and designing or redesigning the organization
  • Conduct Job Analysis and Evaluation to define the jobs, responsibilities, and job grades of employees.
  • Initiate culture and change management activities in order to improve the PSACC's performance.

To be successful in the role, you will need the following:

  • Must have a degree in Bachelor in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. A post graduate certificate or Masters in Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Possess proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role with 5 -7 years of working experience in the same capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and OD Systems such as Performance Management System and Talent Mobility is preferred
  • Highly analytical, data driven and with continuous improvement mindset
  • Has the Ability to effectively work with team and others to meet timelines, objectives and KPI
  • With significant experience handling OD initiatives and project management
  • With high levels of honesty, integrity and reliability.
  • Can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Setup and Schedule:

100% Onsite, Mondays thru Fridays 8:00 AM to 6:40PM
