As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives. You will provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and direction to sales business executives, inspiring them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating effective sales techniques and professionalism in all interactions.

Team Management:

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to address areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members reach their full potential.
  • Address any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and effective manner.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as net user sales volume and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of leadership experience.
  • Should have successfully delivered and worked in an outbound sales program or B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Available to work onsite and during night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
