Work Shift : 9am to 6pm Manila time

The Team: The commercial operations team develop and execute fact-based reporting, analysis and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the commercial team. They support the organization with insights and predictive models used to produce improved results.

The Impact: In partnership with the Sales Leadership team, this role helps develop knowledge, skills, and efficiencies in the Commercial Teams. It helps shape best-in-class reporting and analytics to uncover new revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of data used in sales & marketing reports
  • Creating Commissions reports and answer queries from sales reps via Salesforce Cases
  • Ensure use and adoption of sales & marketing reports/dashboards
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Identification of data/process issues in Salesforce
  • Advise Commercial Systems team on data requirements necessary to perform desired analyses; participate in the development of process modifications needed to deliver required data

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in I.T., Computer Science or Business preferred
  • Prior experience as an analyst
  • Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics). Walk Me and Alteryx preferred.
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
