EnablesGROUP (since 2016) are a growing BPO with the majority of our clients being Australian based.

Our client offers specialised distributed renewable energy solutions to facilitate enterprise customers and property landlords through energy transition. They require a Senior Data Analyst working with a growing and complex business driving growth and clear information sources for the management team to provide insights to the business and competitors businesses. The clients managed data analytics monitors and updates these data sets across the most popular BI tools from PowerBI to Tableau.

Senior Data Analyst working with growing and complex business driving growth and clear information sources for the management team to provide insights to your business and competitors businesses. Energy Bay's managed data analytics monitors and updates these data sets across the most popular BI tools from PowerBI to Tableau.

Job Description:

  • Data Collection and Processing:

-Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.

-Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Data Analysis:

-Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights.

-Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.

  • Reporting and Visualization:

-Create clear and concise reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

-Develop visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present complex data in an understandable manner.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and goals.

-Collaborate with other analysts and departments to enhance overall data capabilities.

  • Problem Solving:

-Analyze business problems and provide data-driven solutions.

-Investigate and troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise.

-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

-Propose and implement improvements to data processes and analytics methodologies.

  • Projects
    -A new suite of Plotly dashboards for an ongoing project
    -Extracting and manipulating data to desired visualization output, with guidance from our in-house quant analysts
    -Design the data pipeline in a way that allows easy injection of new data points and modification of existing ones
  • PowerBI
    -Tidy up PowerBI datasets used for existing PowerBI reports to improve speed and maintenance.
    -Enhance existing PowerBI reports to bring in new data and/or implement new ways of presenting data

-Build data pipeline
-Create potentially store procedures to pull data simply by providing identifier (TICKER)

-Failure notification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track record of creating dashboards (extracting data, transforming and presenting)
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy in data.
  • Financial services experience, ideally in Equities

Work Location / Working shifts:

Pasig City; NSW Business hours; NSW Legal Holidays Off ; Hybrid (3x week onsite)
