Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Sales Executive who has a wealth of experience that can make a significant contribution in driving this growth further.

This high performing individual will specifically handle our strategic products in both Ambient and Chilled categories of the regional accounts of Arla Foods Retail.

Your Tasks

  • Drives engagement with the distributor team during the implementation of all Arla product initiatives including negotiation, distribution, displays, promotions and other brand-building activities for the Arla Ambient & Chilled products
  • Coordinates all internal interfaces that are in contact with the distributor and customers, and consequently ensures a comprehensive external service for both distributor and key accounts
  • Needs to have personal drive and motivation to execute the entire sales and in-trade marketing initiatives to identified stakeholders
  • Be an active sparring partner of the Head of Retail to enable Arla to win within the store
  • Participates in the development of programs that can continuously develop and sustain store visibilities
  • Conducts and reports data analyses on assigned Arla Ambient & Chilled customers and products (e.g. offtake, customer category share, competitors) that will provide insights in achieving success in the business
  • Participates in establishing and overseeing internal budget with the company and external budget with the distributor and accounts, ensuring the assigned budget is spent in the most cost-efficient way with the highest ROI
  • Works with relevant internal stakeholders including logistics, marketing and finance to ensure the highest quality of support and results are being produced and all client needs met
  • You have a business degree or relevant commercial experience
  • You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in retail account management in supermarkets and other retail channels as well as relevant experience in working with distributors which is the primary distribution link in the said channel
  • You can work independently but demonstrates exceptional collaboration skills
  • You are results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
  • You are passionate in delivering key initiatives while collaborating with your internal and external stakeholders
  • You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
