Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor with a strong background in financial technology and professional job recruitment. This role specializes in niche hiring, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and passive sourcing, and requires a strategic mindset, exceptional sourcing skills, and a deep understanding of the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that our teams consist of diverse and highly qualified individuals, addressing staffing needs with a long-term strategy in mind.
They will devise and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of potential applicants and create comprehensive end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Supervisor will form close relationships with hiring managers to establish clear expectations for both candidates and interviewers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to niche roles in the fintech industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand specific job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with high-caliber passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Create and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on candidate selection and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies within the fintech sector.
- Provide regular market insights and data-driven recruitment metrics to management.
- Mentor and guide junior talent acquisition team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Lead by example, promoting best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.
- Three to five years of leadership experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- In-depth experience in full-cycle recruiting, including passive sourcing, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and job portals to proactively source candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
