As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing and monitoring plans to strengthen and promote our brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include managing several aspects of brand marketing, from conducting market research, building brand reputation, and overseeing all aspects of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand positioning and guidelines.

Responsibilities

o Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of brand messaging and initiatives.

o Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.

· Content Strategy and Creation:

o Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.

o Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and video.

o Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate fresh ideas and innovative content concepts.

o Lead the creative development process, from concept ideation to execution, ensuring all creative assets are on-brand and visually compelling.

o Provide guidance and feedback to internal design teams, agencies, and freelancers to maintain consistency in creative output.

o Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the creative standards of our brand.

· Brand Alignment:

o Work with the design team to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines that outline standards for brand usage, including logo usage, colour palette, typography, and imagery.

o Ensure all brand elements, including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice, are aligned with our brand positioning and guidelines.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging and identity into all marketing initiatives and communications.

o Conduct regular audits to assess brand consistency and identify opportunities for improvement.

o Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, consumer preferences, and industry dynamics.

o Design and implement surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other research methodologies to collect qualitative and quantitative data.

o Analyse research findings to identify key insights and implications for marketing strategy and planning.

What we're looking for:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (master's degree preferred).

· 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content and creative strategies.

· Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand objectives into briefs that can convert into compelling visual and written content.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

· Proficiency in graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.

· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
