Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and distribution of both our B2C and B2B business segments. Working hand in hand with the General Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, strategic planning, creative directions, PR, and performance marketing to elevate brand visibility and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Feel Good Food Group Sales & Marketing Department, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals responsible for driving revenue growth and new business expansion.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including setting up ads on Meta and Google, managing websites, and optimizing online presence, to effectively target and engage both consumer and business audiences.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to track and evaluate marketing performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics across B2C and B2B channels, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness across all brands, catering to both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) segments.
  • Drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns, content creation, and PR activities, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of both consumer and business audiences.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments, working closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in setting up and managing ads on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and strategies across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach, with a drive to make a meaningful impact in the role and contribute to the company's mission of making healthy eating accessible to every Filipino.
