Executive Assistant to the President

The Executive Assistant, aside from the administrative duties, will also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the President he/she supports. Other responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the President's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent;
- With at least 3 years experience of providing executive assistance to C-level executive positions;
- Highly analytic, attentive to details, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and can work with minimal supervision;
- With Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Computer proficient;
- Preferably with an active driver's license;
- Willing to work in Paranaque City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
