Trade CX Acquisition Manager

As the Trade CX Acquisition Mangaer in the area of Digital, you will: 

 

  • The purpose of the Trade CX Acquisition Manager role is to support the Trade CX Oversight Manager in leading the engagement and acquisition of key trade partners for the JTIP Negosolve platform. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the platform comprises the highest potential trade partners, including wholesalers and retailers, currently active in the market. 

  • Responsibilities include conducting strategic segmentation of the trade audience base, actively managing the database to include new market entrants and remove inactive outlets. The incumbent will oversee the development and execution of acquisition and engagement programs to ensure the highest potential trade partners are integrated into the Negosolve platform. Additionally, the Trade CX Acquisition Manager will support second-level distribution objectives and ensure the e-commerce function is effectively embedded and operational within Negosolve.

  • Collaboration is essential in this role, particularly working closely with the Trade CX Retention Manager and the wider Digital Operations team to ensure seamless engagement with trade partners. The incumbent will also collaborate with various teams to recommend and deploy the optimal Trade CX strategy, including Data & Foresight, RMC & RRP Brands, Field Marketing, and Commercial Business Units. 

  • Trade Experience Management: Work as a CEM expert, supporting the Trade CX Oversight Manager. Define and translate trade engagement requirements into programs that meet Trade CX acquisition targets, successfully engaging high-potential trade partners (wholesalers and retailers) to ensure their active membership on the Negosolve platform.

  • Digital Trade Engagement Platform Expertise: Collaborate with the Trade CX Oversight Manager and Trade CX Retention Manager to become an expert in understanding and deploying the Negosolve platform, with a focus on trade partner acquisition. Ensure all programs are customer-centric and aligned with strategic goals

  • Segmentation & Analysis: Actively manage the trade database to maintain the most up-to-date information and develop segmentation models that ensure the acquisition and registration of the highest potential trade partners on the Negosolve platform.

  • E-Ordering & Second-Level Distribution: Support the Trade CX Oversight Manager and Trade CX Retention Manager in developing and implementing JTIP plans to achieve RTM objectives, particularly by ensuring that an e-commerce capability is embedded and utilized within the Negosolve platform.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Trade CX Retention Manager and the wider Digital Operations team to ensure a seamless trade customer experience as they engage with the Negosolve platform. Additionally, collaborate with other teams to ensure the optimal trade customer experience strategy and deployment, including D&F, RMC & RRP Brands, Field Marketing, and CBUs.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Graduate degree of equivalent vocational training in Marketing / Experience Management / CRM / Digital
  •  min. 5 years of combined proven work experience as a brand / consumer experience / trade engagement / marketing manager
  • Fluent Tagalog and advance in oral and written english

 

  • Functional Skills:

    • Proven experience in trade partner acquisition and engagement

    • Proficiency in understanding and deploying digital platforms for trade partner acquisition and engagement

    • Competence in developing and executing acquisition and engagement programs that align with strategic objectives

    • Experience in integrating and managing e-commerce functions within a trade platform to support distribution goals

    • Strong strategic segmentation and database management skills

    • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve trade engagement strategies and outcomes

    • Team player mindset with strong collaborative skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with trade partners and collaborate with internal teams

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution
