About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at KMC Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the talent acquisition process, providing valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers and clients, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback and recognition to high performers.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to monitor the team's performance and ensure compliance with established processes and service levels.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the talent acquisition process.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide clients with valuable insights on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and practices specific to their hiring requirements.
  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Take on the role of project manager for key talent acquisition initiatives, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of recruitment projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client management.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools.
