Talent Acquisition Manager

KMC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters.
- Client Escalation Management: Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the talent acquisition process.
- Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide clients with valuable insights on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and practices.
- Recruitment Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making.
- Project Management: Take on the role of project manager for key talent acquisition initiatives, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of recruitment projects.
- Talent Acquisition Technology & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and trends to optimize the talent acquisition process and enhance efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Regularly assess the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition processes, procedures, and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client management.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance.
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC).
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background.
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs front & back (government-issued).
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO).
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team).
