Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients. You will seek out new business opportunities, advise clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Search for new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services in a designated regionTravel to visit potential clientsEstablish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customersManage and interpret customer requirementsPersuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needsCalculate client quotationsNegotiate tender and contract termsNegotiate and close sales within agreeable terms and conditionsOffer after-sales support servicesAdminister client accountsAnalyze costs and salesPrepare reports for head officeMeet regular sales targetsRecord and maintain client contact dataCoordinate sales projectsSupport marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing eventsPrepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needsProvide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College DegreePreferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Telco Sales or equivalentStrong background in Telecommunication/ICT IndustryExperience in selling PBX, Sip Telephone, Dect Phone and Call recording productsWilling to do field work
