Commercial Support:

Channel Operations Management

Manage contract renewal, amendment approval, publishing, collection, and archiving.Maintain accurate channel data within Salesforce and other systems to ensure the completion of the authorization and accuracy of channel information.

Marketing Support

Help in conducting VOCs to identify the trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeHelp manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including reporting on the performance of digital marketing efforts.Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution

Others

Collaborate across commercial and functional teams to facilitate communication, prioritize initiatives, and address operational challenges.Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum education bachelor’s degree, advantage if Business Administration or MarketingAt least 2 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry or Medical Field are preferredVerbal and written communication skillsProject managementPresentation skillsInclude any required computer skills, regulatory knowledge, certifications, licenses, languages, cognitive and behavioral abilities, etc.)
