Department: Commercial - Technical
Reporting to: Product Technical Manager
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience in terms of product and service support. You are in charge of ensuring that FELCO’s core value in terms of customer focus and excellence is achieved.
Other responsibilities include:
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiriesIdentifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionProviding accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; also following up to ensure resolutionKeeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
College graduate with average fluency in EnglishAt least one year of experience in the same role, if anyMust have the following skills: customer service, product knowledge, documentation skills, phone skills, and resolving conflict.
