Job Description: Quality Assurance Specialist for Commercial Operations

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with commercial operation standards across various regions in the Philippines.

Verify the intentional activities of the commercial operation team to ensure they align with management's delegated tasks.
Review intentional activities at assigned locations in NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, taking into account regional dialects and operations.
Conduct quality checks using iCheck and ensure compliance with IA standards.
Hold weekly cadence meetings with cluster heads and directors to discuss results of quality checks.
Monitor progress of compliance with reporting standards for commercial operations.
Track action items agreed upon with cluster heads/area managers to address non-compliance with intentional activities.

Graduate of any four-year course.
At least 1 year of relevant quality assurance/audit experience.
Knowledgeable with different dialects is an advantage.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
