Purchasing and Admin Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing the materials, equipment and services that the organization needs to function effectivelyDevelop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliersPrepare reports for the Purchasing DepartmentProvide support to all managers to plan and execute all purchasing processes and provide an effective interface with all departmentsReviews, verifies and coordinates all purchase requisitionsEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricesFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersCoordinates with suppliers regarding terms of paymentPrepares list of items for pick up, drop off and for purchaseAnswers inquiries from suppliers and requestorsEnsures accurate and up-to-date inventory records, proper monitoring of stock levels, and liaises with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiencyPerforms other duties/tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree business or any related fieldWith at least two (2) years of working experience in a purchasing or procurement roleExcellent communication skills and a team playerHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to start as soon as possible
Work Schedule: 8 hours shift; Monday to Friday
Location: Chino Roces Ave., Bangkal, Makati City
