JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts specific laboratory testing and analysis based on the requirement of the new developed paint formulation.Conduct reformulations based on product evaluation, raw material availability, cost consideration, and production processing.Evaluate new and alternate raw materials essential for immediate production usage.Perform laboratory work as required in the Research and Development Request.Perform laboratory work to correct in-process non-conforming production batches.Maintain cleanliness of workplace and equipments.
