Job Description

The Trading & Accountability Executive mainly negotiates ad space and time slots with various media outlets and makes sure that best cost, quality, and placement of advertisements (i.e.television and radio air time, space within print publications, out-of-home platforms) are implemented according to the best media mix.

Overview of the role

As a T&A Executive you will be responsible for:

Managing all requirements for all detailed plans, packages and implementation reports for assigned accounts Developing effective media buying strategiesPrepare schedules and adjustments when neededAnalyzes new platforms and channelsEnsure implementation, results and costs are matching with planned Works closely with the trading/media buying head

Job Qualifications

A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or its equivalentPreferably with work experience in a Marketing, Advertising or Media Agency An advantage if familiar with media buying, planning, and research especially with the key programs and media tools including Nielsen Arianna, etc.Proficient in MS office software: MS Word, ExcelMust be highly organized, innovative, analytical and keen to detail    Able to work in a fast-paced industryCan work independently Good written and verbal communication skills
