JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the Single-Point-Of-Contact for clients seeking technical assistance over phone, MS Teams or e-mail. 
  • Complaints.
  • Request for service.
  • Service Inquiries.
  • Perform probing questions to gather necessary details needed by the Technical Support Team to properly diagnose or repair an equipment.
  • Creating and open Tickets. Encode requests, client information, and machine transactions in Microsoft Access.  
  • Provide accurate information on the services available in One Depot.
  • Encode, maintain and monitor Operational Level Agreement data and reports it on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Delegate the schedules of Printer and Copier Technicians prepared by the Technical Coordinator.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of any Business Administration and/or other related course.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Can communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Must have knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Must be willing to work onsite (Makati City)
    • Can start ASAP.
