About The Role 
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to proactively drive outbound prospecting efforts and create new sales opportunities for our account executives and partners. 

What you’ll be doing 
• Conducting outbound prospecting activities, leveraging our outbound tools, to secure meetings for our account executives. 
• Nurturing lost deals and re-engaging churned customers. 
• Qualifying and scheduling decision-makers and stakeholders for sales calls. 
• Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and developing relationships with clients and partners. 
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve company targets. 
• Consistently achieving a monthly quota of qualified opportunities. 
• Maintaining efficient lead management and record-keeping in our CRM. 

Requirements 
• At least 2-3 year of experience in a SaaS B2B quota-bearing sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (English proficiency required). 
• A history of establishing, achieving, or exceeding measurable goals. 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, or similar prospecting applications. 
• Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRMs. 
• Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and effective time management. 
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. 
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry is advantageous.
