Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive documentation for submission to the Board of Investment (BOI), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Monitor and maintain compliance with all BOI regulations, including periodic reporting, updating, and renewing of licenses and permits.Collaborate closely with various departments and teams within the organization to gather necessary information, data, and reports for BOI submissions and compliance activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for BOI-related inquiries, audits, and inspections, providing timely and accurate responses and facilitating smooth communication between the company and BOI representatives.Stay updated on changes in BOI regulations, policies, and procedures, and communicates relevant updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in BOI compliance workflows, and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions. Maintain organized records and documentation related to BOI submissions, approvals, and compliance activities, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for audits and reporting purposes.Oversee the monitoring of land acquisition processes, ensuring completion of all legal documentation and facilitate the efficient follow-through on untitled lots, spearheading efforts to obtain clear and legally sound land titles through our outsourced consultants. Will be trained on also in preparing the project study and project assessment. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the head of the department, contributing expertise and insights to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with company goals and objectives. Requirements: A degree in finance, real estate management, business studies or equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in engineering such as industrial engineering, engineering economy-related courses is also acceptable.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a general knowledge and background in business development for real estate.Must have a strong understanding of Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and compliance requirements.Proficient in MS Office applications.Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethicsPossesses a dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organizationWith good communication and negotiation skillsApplicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd., Pasig City
