Job Description:

Provide general administrative support to staff for smooth office operations.Manage office email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate forwarding.Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing information and redirecting inquiries.Oversee office supplies procurement, maintaining stock levels.Coordinate with property agents and manage relationships with service providers.Facilitate office maintenance and repairs, scheduling to minimize disruption.Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.Maintain and update project document registers.Ensure documents are properly formatted, categorized, indexed, and securely stored.Coordinate the transmittal and receipt of documents to and from clients and stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of project-related materials and presentations.Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.Handle other duties and special projects as assigned by management.Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, such as meeting agendas and minutes.Support project managers with administrative tasks to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of any bachelor's course/degree - business related coursesMinimum of 2 years in an administrative or coordination role within a relevant industryProven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.Familiarity with the mining sector and the unique requirements of site mobilisation.Strong proficiency in office software and client mobilisation systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Be highly organized and have great attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to problem solving.Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City
