JOB ROLES
Oversee the administrative functions in the property management office including, but not limited to, office management, billing and collection, legal compliances, management of residents' online groups (e.g., Facebook, Viber, community applications), property housekeeping, and other admin rolesEnforce collection strategies to ensure that the property has sufficient funds for its daily operations, upkeep, and enhancementEnsure that the property is well-kept and maintained by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance protocolsEstablish a healthy community relationship through enforcement of community development programs such as the creation of community development council and community eventsAchieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that property management services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably specializing in Management, Office Administration, or FinanceWith at least 1 year work experience as Administrative Officer or other equivalent positions from a residential propertyWith at least 1 year exposure in the property management industryMust have considerable knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the Administrative Officer role in a residential property management settingMust have good communication and customer service skillsWilling to be assigned in properties located in Taguig City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City and Quezon City
