 About the role


Orica is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to work at our office in Pasig City.  The role will be Monday to Friday and will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis, with the likelihood of a permanent tenure at Orica once the contract period is completed.

The Administrative Officer's role involves providing comprehensive support to our Mining Services Team in Australia. This includes managing day-to-day operations of our contracts, offering front-line support and ensuring the efficient delivery of our products and services to customers. 

 What you will be doing


Day-to-day you'll manage contract variations, monitor contract compliance, and provide data and reports. Acting as key systems users and champions of a variety of process initiatives, you'll be the go-to person of the on-shore operations team.

Duties Include:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Complete contract data entry to ensure services/conditions are reflected correctly in company data base.Attend Commercial, Team and customer meetings as required.Support Account group/site negotiations.Regularly analyze key data.
