Job Summary:

We are looking for a capable and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Ensure the office premises are well-maintained and organized.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Maintain and update administrative systems and procedures.Financial Management:Assist in budget preparation and expense management.Manage regional cash including payroll, petty cash, cash advances and liquidations with proper controls.Prepare and submit accurate Order Confirmation (OC) on time ensuring timely billing and collections.Monitor and manage office expenses within the allocated budget.Human Resources Support:Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.Maintain employee records and HR databases.Communication:Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Answer and direct phone calls and emails.Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Skills and Abilities:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Working Conditions:Work is typically performed in an office environment.May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on workload and deadlines.Benefits: Application Process:
