Aigens is a restaurant tech start-up that has helped steer the digital revolution of the F&B and Hospitality industry in Asia Pacific. We started as a 2-man team in 2012 and have since grown into a SaaS company known for being a market leader with significant wins, essentially being the first to introduce BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) QR code ordering technology to Hong Kong and Singapore.

In the last three years, we’ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC, and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong, and serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality, including global names like KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, IKEA, and Muji.

You will be joining a vibrant project management team, working in a highly collaborative environment. Our team is driven, empathetic, multi-talented, truly demonstrating our enthusiasm and strong abilities in delivering excellent technologies and solutions to the F&B and Hospitality businesses in SE Asia.

What your daily work looks like:

Coordinate project management activities and assist Project Managers to breakdown work into actionable and measurable tasksLiaise with clients to coordinate upcoming tasks, gathering of questions and provide response in a timely and adequate mannerAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementEscalate and/or update accordingly when deviations arises during projectsAssist Project Managers in analyzing risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

We are looking for someone with:

A bachelor’s degree holder in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or related disciplines3 years relevant work experienceA problem-solver with great interpersonal & multi-tasking skillsAble to communicate & summarize information clearly verbally and in written format.Someone who possess a strong sense of accountabilityExcellent sense in Project Management, Timeline Planning, JIRA, Google Suite, MS Excel. Knowledge is Confluence is a plusPreferred start period: Mid to end Jan 2024
