QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Previous experience in administrative roles is highly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Computer literate.Creative, resourceful and hardworking.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :Responsible in planning and coordinating office events, meetings and conferences.Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, mail and email.Maintain filing systems, both electronic or hard copy, ensuring documents are stored securely and are easily retrievable.Ensure all company equipment are in good working condition such as desktop, phone, printer, camera and all other office related equipment.Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.Ensure all company vehicles are in good working condition and coordinates with Logistics concerning vehicle registration and RFIDs.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant rules and regulations and seek ways to improve office operations and administrative processes.
