Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze and interpret market data.Articulate, with strong interpersonal and communication abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work well in a teamEnthusiastic and passionate

Tasks & responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass regional sales targets. Lead from the front in securing new business, expanding market share, and driving sales growth.ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Manage and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. MARKET ANALYSIS - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. Provide regular feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams.SALES TEAM MANGEMENT - Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide training and support to help team members develop their skills and grow professionally.
