Shift: Night Shift, Mon-Fri; 8 AM – 8 PM (EST Canadian Time); might have a Saturday shift 8 AM – 5 PM (EST Canadian Time)

Schedule Management:
Manage and adjust schedules in response to staff absences, weather events, holidays, or customer cancellations.Optimize routes and organize customer appointments according to postal routes for efficient use of time.Pay attention to helper routes and travel requirements.Proactive Customer Management:
Proactively manage new customer bookings and reorganize existing appointments as needed.Skill Matching:
Understand the skills and capabilities of field staff to match the right helper with each job.Customer Communication:
Communicate comfortably with customers for bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.Conversion of Sales to Jobs:
Convert sales inquiries into actual job bookings.Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor system bookings and schedule-related KPIs.Ensure optimal performance and efficiency in scheduling.Day-to-Day Activities:
Monitor and manage the daily scheduling platform.Adjust schedules and routes based on factors such as absences, weather, and customer requests.Communicate schedule changes and bookings with customers and staff.Analyze and optimize routes for efficiency.Review and report on scheduling and booking KPIs.Expertise in Every Detail: Unveiling Your Skills
