Illuminating Responsibilities in Energy Customer Service
Maximize occupancy by moving team members to different channels as required.Adhere to industry changes: adapt process updates and apply them during customer interactions.Perform other comparable duties as they arise.Accurately and efficiently manage customer account records resulting from inquiries.Adhere to scheduled start, finish, and break times.Team and self-development as directed by the Team Leader during feedback sessions and performance reviews.Answer customer inquiries while adhering to documented processes and policies provided by Ampol.Make decisions outside Delegation of Authorities based on documented processes at Ampol.Act on customer requests following documented processes and procedures.Escalate issues beyond the scope of support as documented in Ampol's processes.Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently (email, chat, phone).Act as the primary customer contact for all customer service inquiries regarding Ampol Energy Accounts.Promote self-help website and tools.Refer any accounts to the relevant area for support.Spark Success: Amp Up Your Qualifications for the Energy Sector
