Job Description:

1. Customer Servicing:

Serve internal and external customers with a customer-first mindset.Ensure inquiries are addressed, requests fulfilled, and complaints resolved while adhering to company policies and procedures.Strive to turn complaints into positive customer experiences.

2. Bank Relations:

Coordinate and release bank collaterals, including CCTs, Tax Declarations, and receipts, to banks in line with the Deed of Undertaking.

3. Report Management:

Prepare regular operational reports and provide detailed documentation on escalated cases for future reference and decision-making.

4. Team Leadership and Management:
