SUMMARY 

This role primarily involves managing the collection of company funds and ensuring vendors are treated as business partners. The role will be in a shared service environment and is expected to work effectively with the larger Property Accounting function in Manila. This role will report to the Property AR Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tenant Payment Allocation, resolution of unidentified Bank Rec items Raising tenant and non-tenant ad-hoc invoicing including tenant recharges Tenant Invoice, Statement, and Collection Letters Managing tenant and Property Managers in line with SLA Coordinating Discount and Abatements with Property Managers Monthly Debtors Reporting Supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives Assistance with audit and controls Ad hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Collection ExperienceMust Have a Property/Real Estate ExperienceMust be willing to work in an early morning shift; Monday – Friday; BGC Taguig
