Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Officer is to provide accounts receivable support in order to achieve a high level of data integrity, drive accurate invoicing from the system and minimize aged debtor balances.

Ensuring a high level of accuracy completing all tasksComplete tasks allocated according to stated deadlines and Company GuidelinesBuild strong relationships with other internal and external stakeholdersCreate, share and implement new, fresh ideas and impact on continuous improvements Responsibilities:

In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include:

Rent Roll tenant billing (monthly and revised)Applying Rent ReviewsLease data updates (including contact and bank guarantee information)Issuing lease statements Processing ad-hoc invoicesReceipting and Allocation – Ensure all payments (EFT & Cheques) are receipted in accordance with P&PPrepare tenant reconciliations where required to assist with debt collectionProcess all corporate recharges including payroll and credit card rechargesReview and process refunds and write-offsAttend and participate in frequent one on one meetings with direct reports to discuss process issues and person developmentAd hoc tasks allocated by senior management Work with a mind to continuously seek areas for improvements to any & all processes & procedures, including but not limited to the Accounts Receivable & Property Administration functions.Compliance with the policies and procedures Qualifications:At least 3 years' experience in a credit management or property administration role, preferably experiences working for Australian CompaniesRelevant experience in Retail Property Industry is highly preferrableExperienced in using mainstream ERP system for credit managementDemonstrated ability to contribute in a professional and collaborative way to a teamKnowledge of contemporary IT including word processing, email, spreadsheet, database and similar disciplines.Exhibit a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative and sound judgement.High-level of attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills including the ability to determine priorities and meet regular deadlines What We Offer:Dayshift with Sat-Sun off - more time to spend with the familyLeave accrual upon hiringSpecific client-initiated benefitsHMO on day 1 – principal and 1 dependentPhp2,000 transportation allowance upon confirmation to regular statusGuaranteed salary review upon regularization and every anniversary dateMonthly out-of-office anti-burn-out activity (monthly coffee break)Team lunch every last Friday of the monthBirthday treatsCompany-wide engagement activitiesBe part of a company that values its employeesCareer planning and development opportunities
