  • Night shift – amenable to start between 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Skill Set:

  • Required experienced using WFM Tool – Aspect EWFM/Alvaria, Genesys Cloud
  • Focal point for forecasting and gathering input from stakeholders
  • Design and develop forecasting scenarios
  • Generate staffing requirements based on long term and short-term forecast
  • Expertise in workforce scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Provide input for hiring and training forecast
  • Provide WFM team member support, team motivation, mentor team members
  • Manage communication flow and process
  • Focal point for WFM team members
  • Organizes internal communications process with operations teams
  • Monitor overall WFM progress and key performance metrics
  • Proactively address issues and trends
  • Develop risk mitigation plan
  • Attend management meetings, as required
  • Support process improvement projects
