Sales Executive (Connoisseur or ActiveFun Affiliates of FunMania Inc.)

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure growth & profitability of the FunMania Inc.
  • Oversee and manage sales team and provide professional engagement to FunMania Inc. and FunMania Clientele.
  • To ensure that the FunMania Event and packages & offerings are competitive and aligned with FunMania Standards, Branding and Image.

Key Result Areas

  • Deliver monthly and annual revenue targets and maximize revenue opportunities for FunMania Inc.
  • Revenue Management Strategies
  • Prepare and formulate a sales plan that outlines strategies and tactics to ensure budget is achieved.
  • Responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the Social Sales Team for FunMania Inc.
  • Participates in developing and reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.
  • Develops a comprehensive promotional schedule achieving revenue goals
  • Prepares monthly outlook/forecast reports.
  • Forecasts, controls and reviews expenditures in accordance with company procedures.

Customer Acquisition

  • Create lead generating tactical/seasonal offers together with Marketing
  • Lead Socials Sales Team in driving leads acquisition & leads conversion
  • Participate in wedding fairs, trade shows, and promotional events, within the industry and customer organizations, if necessary.
  • Builds relationship with key social influencers such as wedding planners, event coordinators etc.

Customer Retention

  • Maintain and enhance FunMania Inc. brand through quality of sales service and delivery in all aspects of sales communication and inter-action with external & internal customers
  • Drive repeat business in the socials segments.
  • Create and Organize Internal/ In-house Events and Programs for Social Clientele and Partners

Location: 2F Active Fun Building 9th Ave. Cor. 28th Street BGC, Taguig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
