Planner

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generates a Long Term Production Plan (LTPP) based on the rolling forecast from the Customer Service Department and clients' 12 months grid plan, if there is any.
• Generates a Long Term Material Requirement Plan (LTMRP) based on Long Term Production Plan (LTPP) to be used for Pull-out Plan of Clients' materials and Purchase Request (PR) for InEx's packaging materials.
• Creates Weekly Pull-out and Dispatch Plan and inputs on the Trucking order fulfillment google sheet to be used by Trucking for their Weekly Trip Plan.
• Ensures implementation of No Purchase Order, No Production Policy.
• Firms up daily trip requirement, pull-out and dispatch, based on availability of stocks of clients and output produced by operations for Trucking's trip allocation reference.
• Ensures daily availability of stocks on hand prior to scheduling of production to avoid overstock and out-of-stock occurrences that can possibly cause production stoppage and resulting to failure to meet clients' volume requirement.
• Prepares Purchase Request (PR) for InEx packaging materials based on Clients' Purchase Order (PO) and ordering point established from Safety Stock Level (SSL).
• Verifies and checks physical items delivered by the suppliers/source thru Soft ledger and database entries.
• Daily coordinates with clients and/or CSD regarding new projects including volume projection, product specifications, and material requirements.
• Coordinates with Production, QC, and IE in accordance with material, manpower, and machine availability in accordance with production and materials plan.
• Creates Daily Production Schedule (DPS) for Production Supervisor's reference for manpower scheduling and line balancing.
• Creates Daily Material Requirement from Daily Production Schedule (DPS) for Warehouse team's reference in materials issuance to production.
• Interacts with Production, QC, IE, and CSD to resolve material issues affecting the plan such as changes on Semi-Finished Good (SFG) and Palletizing Schemes
• Maintains daily update of TMPO Inventory of Capability and Utilization, Order Fulfillment Status Report, Pull-out and Dispatch Trip Requirement Plan, Packaging Materials Supportability Report, Safety Stock Level (SSL) and other reports as necessary.
• Coordinates with Trucking, CSD, Production, QC, IE, and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day planning and warehouse operations.
• Provides daily updates for PO/Projects bundling status and PM Supportability
• Creates, updates and firming up the Weekly Production Schedule (WPS) daily and send it concern departments
• Coordinates and align with Clients to ensure the plans and other related concerns
• Responsible for the items clean up particularly on left over materials for closed PO/Projects
• Performs cross-checks on each PBOM including BOM set up in the database before using in planning.
• Prepares other reports as requested by clients, management, CSD, Trucking and/or other departments.
• Prepares and submits complete and accurate weekly and monthly Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) reports and ensures timely submission of the same.
• Ensures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designate.
• Fully adheres to the company's code of discipline.
• Performs other tasks that the PPIC Head and/or TMPO Head may assign from time to time.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Prior experience as a Planner
• 2 Years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing set-up
